Citadella is a small modern mall next to Walmart and Parque Tangamanga. There is valet parking or you can park underground. The entrance is so steep it's a leap of faith as you can't see down There are a number of great restaurants.

Blacks coffee shop is massive, well furnished and generally very quiet wifi is blackscoffee2. There is a Best Buy, cinema and Nike store plus you can get your haircut! Nice bookstore and cafes in open area. Take all your shoes and support the shoe cleaning guy in the car park next to escalators. Only gave 4 stars as the number of shops is small. Read more.

The mall has plenty of parking, plenty of stores, Cinemex, food court, Starbucks, a few activities for younger kids, etc On the downside, there's only 1 elevator for the entire mall, bad for those of us who push strollers or those who use wheelchairs excluding Liverpool and Sears In my opinion the best mall in San Luis Potosi.
