Short visit to Makishi. Went to Makishi almost at the end of our trip as we have been focusing on attractions outside of Naha City. Felt touristy although prices at some stores are reasonable. Food stuff reasonaly priced and we bought some that are special to Okinawa and felt we have got a good bargain.

Close to hotel. This beach has a lifeguard on duty and a fenced in area to keep the jellyfish away. It was within walking distance to our hotel so easily accessible.
